¨       ReturningClients - Approximately 70% of our searches today represent repeat business, and virtually all of our new business comes through referrals from former or current clients.  Many of our present clients have used our services for over twenty-three years. We prefer not to do only one search for a client.  Continuing relationships are valuable and enable us to know the client organization, its culture, and the goals and expectations of its management team.
